Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy is a time when you need to be nourished. Body and mind are going through incredible changes and that means that you need time to unwind and adjust to your new situation.

Every session includes a blanket relaxation so that you feel just as loved and protected as the new life growing inside you.

Included in the price of each course is a CD to assist with breathing techniques for birth.

Mum & Baby Yoga

Every baby is unique, so is every birth. Mum and baby yoga is a great starting point to compare experiences, celebrate and share the good things and explore the challenges together. 

Using a range of trusted techniques, your session will include the following:

  • Thai yoga massage
  • Pelvic floor exercises
  • Pelvic realignment 
  • Posture and lifting techniques to protect your spine 
  • Early baby development
  • Baby massage
